Our various spaces: Aspen Grand Hall, Aspen Event Center, and the Grounds at Aspen Ranch are ideal whether you are planning an intimate ceremony with only your closest loved ones or a huge celebration with 500+ guests. At Aspen Ranch, your ceremony and reception are required to take place in different spaces on the property (no room flips allowed) which allows you to customize your wedding day even further.

When it comes to the design and look of our venue spaces, Aspen Grand Hall is no different. Vast windows and collapsible glass doors capture an unobstructed view of the sunsets to the west and a large pond with beautiful fountain views to the east and south. With capacity to seat over 700 guests, Aspen Grand Hall is our largest venue space and can accommodate any type of event.

Yes! Aspen Manor is available for your rehearsal dinner and seats 40-50 people. You can add on a rehearsal dinner for $2,000 plus a cleaning fee.

Yes, a full or partial planner from our preferred vendor list is required for any event at Aspen Ranch. We will have an Aspen Ranch team member on-site during the event to deal with issues regarding the venue directly. No month-of or day-of-coordinators allowed.

If you are interested in a tent wedding on the Aspen Ranch grounds, please discuss your vision with your preferred wedding planer. Tents are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Aspen Ranch’s Bridal Suite is the perfect spot to relax while getting ready for your wedding day. With plenty of room for large bridal parties plus your hair and makeup team, use of our Bridal Suite is included with all of our venue rental options.
OUR BRIDAL SUITE INCLUDES:
Aspen Ranch’s Groom’s Suite was created with the men in mind. The Groom’s Suite has access to a beautiful heated pool and hot tub, and two stocked ponds with fishing poles provided. It features two flatscreen TVs, comfortable lounge seating for your whole group and plenty of space to get ready for your big day.
