Aspen Ranch will transport you out of the city and into a serene, breathtaking environment with rolling landscapes, picturesque ponds, and lush grounds. Our various spaces: Aspen Grand Hall, Aspen Event Center, Aspen Arena, and the Grounds at Aspen Ranch are ideal whether you are planning an intimate ceremony with only your closest loved ones or a huge celebration with 500+ guests. 

 

Nothing has been spared in our event spaces, which were designed by a team of the most experienced and talented wedding vendors in Oklahoma. Their attention to detail will ensure your wedding or event runs smoothly, and you will have everything you need and more to make your dream vision come to life.

LUXURY RANCH MEETS
MODERN SOPHISTICATION

When it comes to the design and look of our venue spaces, Aspen Grand Hall will be no different. Vast windows and collapsible glass doors capture an unobstructed view of the sunsets to the west and a large pond with beautiful fountain to the east. With capacity to seat over 500 guests, Aspen Grand Hall is our largest venue space and can accommodate any type of event.
The grand hall can seat up to 500 guests with a dance floor and stage included. Additional space for guests can be added to our offset covered patios with views of the front east pond. OUR PACKAGE INCLUDES:
  • White Madison Bentwood Chairs in a quantity of 1,000 to accommodate any event size.
  • We also provide tables, which include:
    • Forty 60” round reception tables
    • Four 8’ Rectangular tables
    • Four 6’ Rectangular tables
    • Ten Bistro/Cocktail tables
  • Service includes set-up and break-down of tables and chairs.
  • Couples will have access to our 1,000 square foot bridal suite and 2 selection of a Groom’s suite.
    • Aspen Ranch offers a 740 square foot Groom’s suite located on the opposite side of the Honeymoon Cottage and a 1,500 square foot Groom’s suite located in the pool house (out of sight) for larger wedding parties.
    • Both the Groom’s suites and the bridal suites are immaculately designed for comfort and sophistication. The suites include dressing rooms, private restrooms with showers, and a coded door to secure bridal party belongings during the length of the event.
  • Onsite venue manager to oversee the facility.
  • Access to grounds for two hours for bridal or engagement photos. This is required to be scheduled in advance with the Aspen Ranch team.
  • One Hour rehearsal for wedding ceremonies. This also needs to be scheduled with the Aspen Ranch team.

WHEN WILL THE ASPEN GRAND HALL BE AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING?
We are currently booking for 2021, but the construction is not scheduled to finish until early spring.

 

CAN WE STILL TOUR THE PROPERTY?
We are currently conducting tours of the full property including construction, through scheduled appointments. 

 

CAN WE USE FIREWORKS AND/OR SPARKLERS?
Yes, with prior approval from the Aspen Ranch team.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE A DAY-OF-COORDINATOR?
We will have an Aspen Ranch team member on-site during the event to deal with issues regarding the venue directly. However, we require either an event planner or day-of coordinator present during your event.

THE PERFECT SIZE FOR
INTIMATE EVENTS

While Aspen Event Center is the smaller of our three venue spaces, it maintains the same modern ranch style sophistication. Vast windows and collapsible glass doors capture an unobstructed view of the sunsets to the west and a large pond with beautiful fountain to the east. Aspen Event Center is perfect for smaller events or as an indoor option for ceremonies.
This space can seat 400+ for a seated ceremony, and around 300 for a seated reception with dance floor/stage included. OUR PACKAGE INCLUDES:
  • White Madison Bentwood Chairs in a quantity of 1,000 to accommodate any event size.
  • We also provide tables, which include:
    • Forty 60” round reception tables
    • Four 8’ Rectangular tables
    • Four 6’ Rectangular tables
    • Ten Bistro/Cocktail tables

THE PERFECT BLANK CANVAS
FOR YOUR WEDDING OR EVENT

The Aspen Arena can host up to 400 guests for a seated reception or large event. The Arena is located on the south side of our 160-acre ranch surrounded by beautiful trees, pastures and amazing sunset views. Guests can enjoy a large outdoor lounge area located just outside the arena.

This space can host up to 400 for a seated reception or large event. Situated across from the arena entrance are pastures with our sweet horses ready to greet your guests. There are also multiple outdoor lounge areas on the south side of the arena for guests to spread out.

Aspen Arena does not have HVAC; however, we can provide heating or air conditioning through a local company for an additional fee.

 

ARE RESTROOMS PROVIDE AT THE ARENA?
Yes, restrooms are located in the building directly north of the arena only a few steps pas the outdoor lounge seating.

Aspen Ranch has numerous outdoor ceremony sites available that include stunning ranch and lake views. If outdoor ceremony spaces are booked, our property can also provide multiple back-up indoor options in case of inclement weather.

The grounds are spacious enough to accommodate any number of guests and perfect for large or small events.

Yes! Aspen Ranch has 160 acres of beautiful land and there are many ideal spaces to hold an outdoor ceremony. All plans must be submitted and approved by the Aspen Ranch team.

Aspen Ranch’s recently remodeled Bridal Suite is the perfect spot to relax while getting ready for your wedding day. With plenty of room for your glam squad plus all of your friends and family, use of our Bridal Suite is included with all of our venue rental options.

OUR BRIDAL SUITE INCLUDES:

  • Full kitchen including Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and icemaker
  • Rolling bar cart for additional beverage storage
  • 3 Glam stations and designated hanging space
  • Flatscreen TV and two large sitting areas 
  • Private restroom facilities

WILL YOUR NEW VENUE SPACES HAVE A BRIDAL SUITE?
In addition to our existing Bridal Suite, we will have a second Bridal Suite located near our new venue spaces — Aspen Grand Hall and Aspen Event Center. It is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2021.

Aspen Ranch’s Groom’s Suite has beautiful pool views through the large windows and double french doors, which also let in tons of natural light. It features two flatscreen TVs, comfortable lounge seating for your whole group and plenty of space to get ready for your big day.

OUR GROOM’S SUITE INCLUDES:

  • Full kitchen including Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and icemaker 
  • Rolling bar cart for additional beverage storage
  • Large lawns outside perfect for throwing the football or a game of cornhole
  • Two flatscreen TVs and multiple seating areas
  • Private restroom facilities and designated hanging space for suits
